I attended for a 2 week wait breast clinic appointment. I was very impressed by the information received before hand and how I was treated at every point during my time at the clinic (doctor, mammogram, scan) I was fortunate that nothing was found that needed further treatment. At all points I was told clearly what was happening with clear instructions about what clothes to remove etc - very helpful in an already stressful situation. I did not have to wait very long at any stage. All staff were very professional and compassionate. One reservation was when I first arrived and I was told that my appointment was upstairs as this was slightly curt but later the same person was very pleasant. Parking charge was steep and was pleased I'd followed instructions given to plan for 2 hours as this is an added stress if you need to top up. Thank you very much for the professional and caring provision

I have been tested by a really good doctor. He is training to be a GP. Who ever gets this guy as a GP will be very lucky.
The radiographer Dan was great. The receptionists were great and the the triage nurse John was great.
Everyone puts down the NHS. I think they are brilliant.

Speed up fracture assessment, waited 2 hours to be told I have a broken finger. When I arrived I stated that fact, a quick check would have confirmed the need for a xray.

My wife was treated here in cardiology and the nurses were exceptionally lovely and caring.
